running vista on a fujitsu laptop w/ windows vista, and i know this isnt a "big" issue but neither the "quick save" button (located on the toolbar) nor ctrl+s works when i make modifications to a calibration.... i've either had to go to file -> save or exit out of the program and enter "YES" to save to get the calibration to save.

Problem with my version of kmanager? or just vista?

What version of software are you using (from Help, about)? Using 1.2.2.4 I cannot reproduce what you describe.

this is after hitting the quick save button rapidly a couple times (mostly in frustration).

Vista's UAC prompt thing may be getting confused or not realize it needs to be invoked. What I did on XP, since I use kmanager as a restricted user, is just made my user the owner of the entire C:\program files\kmanager directory. I did this for my smanager as well. That might help things a bit.

aw man ... i tried what you said raz, and it actually worked (at least i think) for the first day or so.. but now its doing the same thing again.. frustrating to have to close kmanager completely just to save..

do you guys need my system specs and if so, how would i go about copying them to you? this is vista home version

i seemed to have fixed it, i changed my folder options away from read only and it doesnt seem to be doing it... more testing to come later on.
