Does the S300 flash the MIL light when it detach knock like the KPro? What knock readings could I datalog with the S300 and a P72?

no, it does not flash the mil like the K-Pro. You can datalog the amount of knock retard.

Can you datalog Knock count, Knock Volt? How does the ECU determine Knock Retard?

You can datalog actual knock retard. It does not work the same way as the K-Pro.

How does the ECU determine how much Knock Retard to do? What are the increments?

This is all done by the knock board. I do not have any details on how it calculates this, but yuo will just have to look to see when it is retardign timing and make the needed changes to those areas and see if it continues to pull out timing there.
