How to chage overall rev limiter?

Page 4 & 9 of the S200 users guide says that the overall rev limiter can be changed using the pushbutton. However, later on in page 9 it lays out the flashes/function. 1=launch 2=cam change 3=shift limiter 4=shift light. So how do you change the overall rev limiter??

Well, i did realize i was using the wrong users manual. 5 flashes=rev limiter. However, it still wont change. I can change the launch limiter and shift light just fine. Any ideas?

overall rev-limiter can only be set in the rom and cannot be set in the interface box.
