Hondata Newbie: Wideband Question

Post by Ryan Autry »

Well after running a 2b system for over a year. I upgraded and ordered this.
---------------------
S200 Base System
S200 3 Step Rev Limiter Option
S200 Boost Option
S200 Datalogging Option
S200 ROM Editor v3
S200 G Sensor Module
Pocket Programmer
ROMulator
---------------------

Now first I know I have to learn how to use it. I will probably be asking a million questions in the next few weeks to get a grasp on how to use this.

My first question.

I have a couple of 1993 Honda VX 5-wire o2 sensors laying around.
Can anyone tell me:
1.) Can I get this to work with Hondata
2.) Direct me to what I have to buy in-order for it to work with Hondata.
3.) If it doesn't work. Can anyone tell me where I can buy a wideband that will work with Hondata w/o spending $745 on a FJO. :(

Thank you very much. Image

Well, you defintely have a good setup. (Cause I have the same exact one)

Now, you can probably use the sensor even though it is probably used. I would just get the techedge unit version 1.1. You won't need the datalogging because you already have it with your hondata. Checkout my install on H-T (I am pretty sure you are a member there) .
