How do you upgrade the firmware? v.1.2.7

as the title states..

How do you do this? it is grayed out in the menu when you run the program..

use the upgrade feature under help on the smanager you have now

Any firmware upgrades are made automatically - you do not need to manually upgrade firmware. That is why the option is disabled.
