Ignition values in datalog

Hi, how actually ecu computes current ignition value,
it's displaying lower than average from ignition tables (computed average should be over 28, but it's in datalog 27).
Is it some kind on glitch or, ecu is changing ignition by itself

Thanks!

It is probably interpolating lower ignition values from next closest cam angle's ignition table.

For instance, if you are at 25 degrees CAM angle (look at the CAM sensor in the datalog) and are right between columns 9 and 10 and rpm 8000 and 8500, it is going to consider values from the 30 degree high cam ignition table and the 20 degree high cam ignition table at column 9 and 10 for values 8000 and 8500. In that specific case, it will be considering 8 different cells and interpolating what ignition value should be used.
