Okay so right now I have a 93 Teg DA with a B18A. I want to get the Hondata very soon so I can get maximum HP for the time being. Heres the problem. Next year I am dropping in a B18C5 '00 Type-R motor. Now when I do this swap will I keep my factory ECU and get a OBD2 to OBD1 harness or vice verssa? And will I wind up keeping the ECU I have now? I don't wanna put it in the OBD1 and wind up having to buy a new one later.

The car is already OBD1 so there is no need to convert anything. You will need to talk to a shop familiar with engine swaps for assitance in wiring the vtec and other sensors that a vtec engine will have. The s300 has the ability to engage vtec using a non-vtec ecu, so you wil be able to keep your current ecu to use with Hondata.

But I need a conversion harness to accurately connect the motor to my stock ECU.

No you do not. I would suggest that you contact one of our dealers near you for help with the engine swap. They can then tune the car on the dyno with the Hondata system.
