Will it make a difference if I have my car tuned before I install an aftermarket clutch? In other words will I have to have it tuned again if I install a stage 3 clutch after I have it tuned initially?

No their is no need of tuning your car again if you are only changing you clutch.

unless your clutch is slipping badly.
