There are three points:

To a large degree the intake determines the AF ratio. If you replace the stock intake tube, and the new intake has a greater area at the MAF sensor, then the air velocity will be less and it will run lean. Likewise if the intake creates and turbulance around the MAF sensor it will change the AF ratio. Normally we see the engines going richer with an aftermarket intake, but the it could go the other way as well.

The second point is that the ECU will run in closed loop at WOT up until about 3800 rpm, so 14.5:1 below 4000 is normal.

Lastly, with a cat the AF as read at the tail pipe can be around 0.5 leaner than the actual AF ratio.

I was told by a good source that hondata was working on 06 si ctsc with a smaller pulley and sc cams. Also can i use the rdx injectors and will the ecu remap itself for them. and you have a post on clubrsx about rdx injectors and you said something about it is a 440 but flows 410 what does that mean?

well what about the rdx injectors what did you mean there 440cc but flow 410cc and can the ecu remap itself for it?

ECU's cannot remap themselves.
