HELP!Red and Green LED's on s300, limp mode, rev limit @ 4k

will not data log... it is LED's D4 which is green and d1 which is red... what does this mean???
car will start, throws a code i cant read it off the lap top because they wont communicate at all, the only thing it says is online and i am able to upload basemaps but i cant see what the eninge is doing or anything.
need help with this please

Who socketed the ecu? What is the s300 serial number?

cant rmeber right off who socketed it but the nserial numebr is 2666
