with my S300 using a Hondata supplied ECU, my AC won't work (cutoff set to 5000 rpm)
I unplug the ECU, plug in the stock ECU and AC works fine
Any ideas?

Spunkster, I have not done a datalog lately, but here's my latest calibration file (work in progress)

You must post a datalog of when you were having the problem.

Not a problem, I will do that.
Can you tell me why datalogging will help figure out why my AC isn't working?

It will allow us to see what is happening.

no problem. The ac doesn't work at any rpm unless I swap ecus..
I'll run a datalog on my way to work tomorrow morning.
Thanks in advance.

i'm assuming it's an obd2 stock ecu and an obd1 w/ conversion harness as the hondata ecu...right?
check your conversion harness and you'll probably find b5 (ac switch) mis-pinned to b7. i've seen this on more than one occassion. if b5 is good then check a15 (ac clutch).

My ecu came from hondata, it's one of their plug and play units that has the OBD2 socket already on the ECU, so no conversion harness is necessary.
