H22 boost spits and sputters after dl new s300 program

I started having problems when i downloaded the new s300 software, it spits and sputters like im leaning out. the car ran fine with the old software. i did get the car tuned by kingmotorsports who specializes in the s300. After the spit and sputter the car runs like shit, it boggs then kicks in. I called the people that tuned it and they said it shoudn't do that. the program should just update. i tryed updating the firmware and the usb (nothing) HELP

Did you download the calibration from the ecu, then upload it?

kingmotorsport burned the fuel map on a cd for me. thats what i used to dl it back in the ecu...
