About 06 RSX-S Reflash~

Hi~
I have a ECU.
The ECU part number is 37820-PRB-A15
Can this ECU be reflash?
If can reflash.
How to send it to HONDATA?
Can teach me how to send ECU?
Will it influence KEY and Immobilizer that the procedure reflash?
Or only change the procedure in ECU.

If new ECU was not used or used(other 06 rsx-s not my car).
Can this ECU be sent to and rewritten to the company with original car KEY and Immobilizer?

2006 RSX Type-s and a new ECU was not used.

Yes that ecu can be reflashed.
