Should my Adustable FPR be just set to say 53 PSI and have no vacuum connected ?

At momment I have it set at 53 PSI on idle with vacuum disconnected and then connect vacuum.

On light throttle overun my pressure drops to 20 psi or so, on WOT its up at 60 psi but the low pressure on overun means that its hesitating until the pressure picks up ...

Many thanks

You should be using the stock FPR. K-sereis engines run at a fixed fuel pressure. Unfortunately this does not fall in to the Hondata area of expertise. You may want to contact your tuner for assistance with this.
