Leanning RSX need help 911

I currently own a type s have ips cams aem intake JR race header borla exhaust UR pulley kit 70-64 bored throttle ITR intake manifold and Kpro ECU as well as 380cc injectors but my car is still leanning after 7000 rpm anybody come across any similar problems or know who can give advice on how to fix it oh and also i replaced the stock regulator aparentlly it was busted. well there it is thank you in advance for your helpful posts.

Check your fuel pressure to see if it is dropping off at high rpm.

just tried various things at the dyno including swapping my kpro with an other one and the problem persists its still leanning at 7000 thinkin it has to be something with the fuel line cuz nuttin else can be the problem
