How's this calibration?

What do you guys think of this calibration as a starting point? A friend sent it to me and I wanted to know how safe it is to drive around on to break in the motor. I don't know where he got the calibration from. Thanks

Scat Rods

GSR Head/springs/retainers
Peakboost Manifold/ Precision SC63 turbo/Tial 38mm wastegate
1000cc injectors/walbro fuel pump/aem fuel rail/stock lines
70mm TB/Edelbrock IM
