problem with vtec..help me

hello..
i have a euro civic typer with kpro inside PRA ECU!
the calibration is ok..
i upload the calibration, start the engine and drive, the vtec kick on really good..!next i take off the engine..about 2 hours, next start the engine and drive the car and the vtec don't swith on..!i re-upload the calibration and drive immediatly and the vtec is ok..
why??
i see in the datalog when vtec don't start the vtp are OFF..!
my vtec is set to 4000 rpm upper and lower boundary!
the engine oil is new, new filter oil...i have check the vtec valve and it is ok!

Can you datalog this? It could be that the coolant temperature is not high enough.

this is the datalog..
yesvtec is when vtec is ok..
novtec is when vtec not kick on...


i have the mugen themorstat..i see in the datalog a ect about 72-75 ? celsius..

There are good reasons not to run a low temperature thermostat - see http://www.hondata.com/techthermostat.html

However, from the datalogs I see TPS at 100% in the run where VTEC works, and at 46% when VTEC does not work.

my problem is not this..
is when at the morning i start my car the vtec doesn't engage..
but if i upload the calibration , the vtec start...
if i off the engine at the evening before go to bed, and next mornig start the vtec don't run properly

you do realize that vtec has to warm up.. it doesn't automaticlly kick in. That's why it wont engage when you first start your car and then get on it.
