02-05si reflash

at what mph does 2nd gear max at with the reflash?

ive heard 60-63mph and ive also heard as high as 70mph..

THere is no speed limiter. You are limited by the RPM.

i understand that, so if you shift at 7700rpms in 2nd gear what mph will you be at?

You can calculate the speed per gear from the gears ratios and tire circumference.

This is what I was taught at school:

Either look up the tire revs per mile or calculate it from the size.
Multiple the gear ratio by the final drive ratio to get the overall ratio. Multiple the rpm by 60
Divide by the overall ratio
Divide by the revs/mile
The answer is the mph at that rpm.
