Hondata s200 bad or ecu or electrical?

hondata was running fine untill i was trying to tuck it under my carpet and pulled on it a lil bit and everything was fine till i tried to start car and it is flashing repeatedly wont stop and the car runs kinda crappy only when cold starts but after that it runs fine till i gun it and a coil gets blown (2 to be exact) msd

i dont know if i pulled a wire and shorting something out cuz i have blown 2 msd coils everytime i try to put the pedal to the medal i dont know if its electrical or ecu or hondata but hondata is flashing but car does rev past 4,000rpms any info would greatly be appreciated thank you

You may have damaged the interface cable or there could be a problem with the socketing of the ecu. The fact that you keep lowing coild indicates you have some kind of wiring problem. We recommend using a stock Honda distributor as they do not generate as much interference and tend to be more problem free.

Try the ecu in another vehicle. Check the continuity of the interface cable using a multimeter.

ok i would but would it matter if ecu is setup for a bigger injectors and if i put it in another car wouldnt it run weird but any ways i by passed the msd box and run the car has a lil trouble starting but runs fine 30 seconds later and smokes and smells like its running rich plugs smell gassy but look normal

If you cannot reprogram chips yourself then you should take it to a Hondata dealer for troubleshooting.
