Hi there,

I need a calibration for the following :-

UKDM EP3 CTR with :-

1) 9:1 pistons
2) Brian Crower Stage 2 Forced Induction Cams
3) Standard thickness head gasket
4) BDL 70mm throttle body
5) Toda Header
6) Toda catback
7) Standard 310cc injectors
8) US PRB K-Pro with wideband lambda

I need the cal just for running in purposes, then I will be having a Rotrex supercharger fitted to get 500 hp.

Any help would be great.

Start off with a standard K20A2 calibration, then use the wideband to tweak the fuel. Wire the bypass open so that you cannot get boost.

Our recommendation is to break the engine in on the dyno. Too often a new engine is damaged from the bores getting washed down with fuel, the engine running lean and overheating the pistons or the engine being broken in without sufficient load.

Do you mean this one :-

K20A2-RSX-STOCK.KAL ??

Will that be ok for the forced induction cams etc, also what do you mean about bypass ??, the supercharger won't be fitted at this stage it will just be n/a
