OBD II disable/enable

Hello...
i have made the kal for my car PRA ECU with the race header..next when i have the good af ratio i disable the obd function for don't see the mil light on...
but with the obd disable the car don't go ok..
in the part throttle is rich fuel and in the dyno less power..why?
it's possible when i disable the obd function the car go in open loop?

OBDII does not change fueling. You can check by datalogging and comparing the injector duration, or by using a wideband.

but with the obd disable in the part throttle i have a bug of power, like a loss torque..!why?
i have check with the wideband the af ratio on the full throttle and is the same but in the normally drive i have problem!
with the obd disable my idle have problem like surging...
the idle go from 700 to 850 rpm..! :(

Datalog idle with OBDII enabled, then datalog with OBDII disabled, and then compare the datalogs.
