K manager wont running

I just install K manager on my laptop and the programs dont open... i reinstall it 3 times and I get the latest version.
I'm on XP and he always say.... this program should close because ....
Someone can help me ??

Are you installing it on a user profile of XP that has administrator priviliges?

turn off all other software and then try it... no Norton, no anti-virus' need to be on while working with kpro... hth..

i don't have another software running when i try it....
so this not my trouble.... the problems is otherwhere...

Can you provide:
- exact error message
- version of windows
- version of kmanager
- list of running processes from task manager

I can send you the screen snapshot if you give me an email for ship the jpg.... I also can ship the .txt of the error report.
