I have a S300 with P30 ECU, its for my B18C DC2.
I tried to start the car with the S300 today with the Stock ITR files which came with the program but the car won't start...
Engine have got Wiseco 12:1 CR pistons, Jun cams. Its start fine with Stock P72 ECU.
Dose anyone know how to make the car start with S300?

Without more details it's really hard to tell. Who socketed the ecu? Does the car have fuel and spark with the s300? With the s300 removed and J1 cut, does the car start? Are there error codes? Can you provide the calibration and a datalog of trying to start the car?

I have a guy in UK chip the ECU for me, is in a P30-G.
Car have fuel and spark, with stock ECU the car can start. No ECL.
Using S300 ITR stock calibration to run..but it just wont start

You still have not provided any information about the car.
Year, make model, and what has been done to it.

It sounds like you probably have the wrong adapter harness. You have an OBD2A vehicle more then likely and have an OBD2B adapter harness.

do you have any friends w/ the same gen obd2 as you w/ a known working conversion harness? i've see quite a few of the skunk2 conversion harnesses come apart and cause the car to not work.
do you even smell any fuel with trying to start?

I have got the Skunk 2 ODB1-2 conversion harness, its suits the ECU and my car wiring loom perfectly and the connection doesnt seem loose as it can read the TPS and battary...

i am having same problem i just put s300 w/ a prepped ecu from phearable.net. i just put it in loaded a stock itr base map & it ran fine. cel kicked on for knock sensor and o2 sensor heater. i cleared the knock sensor and disabled it. the car ran for about 5 seconds and died. now i have no spark. and distributor is not getting power. tried 2 distributors.
i swapped back to the ecu i have been running and it still doesn't work
my setup is b18a block bored .020 over
b16a head
12.0:1 cr
crespo cams valve springs
crane radical street cams
stock intake
dc sports 4:1 header
and a very slight port job( head shop smoothed out casting marks)
not sure on the socketed ecu the tag was pulled off
i think thats all
