Motor Rev limits when you Full Throttle the Car No CEL

Base Model engine in a type S.

NO cel codes. Running the 91 Model Tunned cal from hondata.
Running Kpro

Say all of a sudden puch the gas full throttle it will bog at like 4000 rpms.
