Your gonna have some interface issues, since it sound like you are trying to put a 92 and later obd-1 engine/ecu into a 88-91 obd-0 car. Well there is no easy way around it. I took a 92 and up civic body wiring harness and merged it into the crx body wiring. It took over a week to do, but when it was all said and done it looked like it was oem stock. If you decide to go this far then sell all the SOHC and get your self a B18C5. Or better yet Sell all your SOHC stuff and get a B16A obd-0 w/ cable transmission and add in a few wires from the ECU to the plug on the passenger shock tower (USDM) car and bam your done :)If i remember right you will have to add 5 wires total. (2 for injectors, knock sensor, vtec oil pressure and vtec solanoid). Since the first route of converting your car from obd-0 to obd-1 is time/money intensive.
