I see 275 WHP and 225 TQ an attainable HP level. The major problem in this set up is the exhaust. Knife edgeing the crank is imo a waste of money at this HP level. There will be little HP gain if any, and engine life can be reduced if the crank is not balanced correctly. An exhaust system on a turbo car can up HP up to 15% depending on how restrictive you stock exhaust and cat are. Also, when boosting make sure you have enough fuel (high volume fuel pump and big injectors) and control timing(hondata). otherwise your built motor will be scrap metal in a matter of seconds.
