Fuel Trim Table/ Duty Cycle

Post by ProDelSol »

1..The numbers within the boxes represent estamated duty cycle..So if that number is over 100 and the box is shaded red..then that means you are maxing your duty cycle for those injectors which is bad correct?
Trivial question what is the max rating of duty cycle for the 240cc Inj?
2.. The fuel graph after 8k shows a flatline or in some cases at higher rpms a degrading line (which means) that is why I can't get my car to top speed.. due to the fuel curve dropping?
3..Thanks

Because they keep me in a good AFR during daily driving. I put my 440cc in and ran rich. so I need to learn how to add or take fuel away at a certain RPM. I would rather practice with the stocks in just in case I cause one to go bad. I can adjust me regulator or I can always trim them with the smanager but to be able to accuratly tune them at a certain RPM is the goal. Thanks for your reply

you should be tuning your fuel map with an AFR, if you had an AFR you could throw the 440 injectors in and adjust the MAP accordingly. If you rev your engine too high one day, hit 100% duty cycle with full boost and detonate a cylinder, you'll know why.

i'd keep it at 1 psi for safety purposes till you get them 440's in there...

oh, BTW, the max duty cycle for injectors is 100 I believe, I don't think injectors run above, since duty cycle is a %.
