Need: Stock H22 basemap!!

I tried the H22 stock basemap that was provided with the SM Manager and my car didn't run right. I think it has to do with the difference in injectors.

My car is OBDII and I think the H22 basemap given by the SM Manager is OBDI, so there's a difference in injectors and etc...

do what i did... wont be 100% accurate but it ran great... use the stock calibration from smanager and decrease the top half of the fuel map till its proportionate to the bottom half... then highlight the whole thing and decrease till everything smooths out. I would start the car after you've decreased the fuel trim a lil bit so you can get it to optimum settings. leave the timing map alone. I used to have the calibration but then I upgraded to 550cc injectors.

Do you have a saved copy of the calibration?

I'm confused about the part about decreasing the top half of the fuel map until it's proportionate with the bottom half, and highlighting the whole thing until it smooths out.

I've long since changed all the settings for the 550cc injectors... I thought i had the original copy. I attached a new calibration that should at least get you started without running insanely rich. The way i got it near perfected was to drive it around and keep an eye on the AFR. When making adjustments to that specific RPM/Column, high-light the whole column and adjust them the same percentage. The last column will not be used since its for boost. I also made some changes to the water temp compensation in "Open loop heavy load". Hope this all helps. Also, make sure engine is completely warmed up before making adjustments.

so you basicly did all the work auto-tune does for you with an AFR, aside from doing the final change in fuel.

Pretty much yea... i dont have a narrow-band sensor to auto-tune so i just did it that way. Idle afr was nearly spot-on at all rpm's.

you can set it up so that your wide-band displays information in the overlay, you use that information to adjust +/- your AFR, it'll tell you what % to adjust to achive optimum wideband, you can even designate which columns you want to use a richer mixture, such as WOT, you want a rich mixture as oppose to idle.

thats another way i tried, but my wideband readings fluctuate alot so it would either say 4% one time, then the next time aroudn it'll say -10%... its a bit kooky but i have no way of troubleshooting it now since the car is sittin in the garage waiting for the turbo manifold.

Had the same problem. It's cause the settings on the fuel trim the basemap gives you is wrong. Reads:

Stock Fuel Injectors : 310cc
Current Fuel Injectors : 450cc

I'm not sure what the exact size of stock fuel injectors are for a JDM H22, but I changed it to 310, and it didn't run right when the VTEC kicked in. Started to jerk. Not good. So I did some research, and the closest thing I found was 340cc. That seemed to help alot. Still isn't running right, but it's damn close.

SFI : 310cc
CFI : 340cc
