Wide Band Lambda [ELD] input chaos

Evening guys and gals
thought id hook up the laptop the other day to check some settings etc and to have a tweak, also had noticed the car idling a little odd at times time to investigate
My wide band is a LC1 wired into the ELD [ELD disabled as i dont have this sensor], I noticed that Hondata and log works did not agree on the AFRs, Which is odd seeing they were spot on a couple of months ago.
So I decided to drop the car back into open loop and look into it when I could. Spent a couple of hours today checking the wiring and found nothing all seems to be as I installed it, no loose grounds etc, so started to check for voltage offsets set the LC1 to flat line and compared it to Hondata [im using ELD] there was a tiny difference of 0.15v so a small offset to now find.
Anyways during my testing I fired the car up with the Wideband connected and disconnected whilst watching the Log works, for each condition the AFrs where massively different, with Wideband connected 15.5 on log works, and with it disconected 12.5, engine was fully warmed up no errors and no iat/ect corection. I have also found that the Wideband voltage when connected to the ecu sometimes drops to 0.5 volts for no reason at tick over then comes back again, when it does this it is efecting the mixture as the log works says the AFRs has changed and you can hear a difference in exhaust note from it richening up, this was the odd idle I had noticed sometimes whilst driving. now this is a bit concerning as its changing the AFRs at tick over what if this is happening whilst im driving, the input voltage for the ELD shouldnt be effecting the fuel mapping like it apears to be.
Anyone got any ideas
