is pin 26 (a13) used?

A13 is normally the MIL (check engine light).

Do you know where this is normaly routed to? (from the main 28 pin connectors not hte harness).
this is my only dead pin and is the only one that seems to be burnt.
if i can run a new trace i think i would be good to go.
currenty i am sitting at beeing able to upload but can not datalog. is running in limp.

where does pin 26 go on the ECU board as i belive taht on the ECU i have that the track is damaged and would like to run a new wire track to repair it. i can probly figure it out but it would be much easyer if someone already knows.

You must mean pin A13 on the EPROM. Note the pertinent information which I've added in bold, without which we are guessing as to what might be your question.
Yes, A13 is used, and it is important. If that track has been lifted then either jumper the track or replace the ECU.

yes where eprom would normaly go.
do you know where this track goe to so i can replace it

has any additinal information been found on this? would really like to know where this trace goes so i can use my wonderful s300.

I would suggest getting another ecu to trace the track, or just put the s300 into an undamaged ecu.
If you wish to send the ecu to Hondata, we may be able to repair it, but it is a minimum of $75 for repairing failed socketing attempts. Details are at

That is not what im looking for. i asked if you could find out where this trace goes. if you dont have information on this then all you need to say is no.

Would be nice if you guys actualy tried to help people instead of telling everyone that has a issue to send it in even if they actualy know what they are doing.

works perfect now on the older smanager now =^-^=b thanks!
