For the amount you spent, I would suggest that you buy a cheap wideband O2 ssensor.
You did not mention what size injectors you are using.
I'm not sure which is cheaper. Buying the wideband O2 or using a trailer to send your car to your tuner.
You will likely damage your engine if you get a basemap from anybody else. Even experts cannot guess a very good basemap especially when you are tuning blind.
There are little things that you might forget to mention in your setup which will affect the basemap.
Things like injector size, fuel pump, fuel pressure, etc.
