boost cuttin when cold...

What would help maniplulating the s300 to help prevent the boost cutting?

Parameters ---> Boost Cut
It's not good to be boosting hard until the car is warmed up.

cold boost cut is set at 30psi however the car only runs 10psi. The reason why the owner wants to over come this problems is because his engine temp goes all the way to cold when hes highway driving. Could this possibly be because he doesnt have a thermostat?

He must put a thermostat in the car.
