Nitrous Control

I read the information, but I'm not sure in some details:

1) If I use the pins (arming and output) that can be used, what happens with my specific application? I have a '94 Acura Integra GSR (P72) What is the best combination?
2) I have a ZEX kit, it add fuel using vacoom, I need to disconnect this lines, that the ECU have a complete control?
3) What are the pins numbers in the harness?
