* Fixed problem with non-VTC engines under boost.
* Added the ability to insert & delete table rpm and load indexes.
* Added VTP as a non-multiplex AC switch input.
* Added secondary o2 sensor as a closed loop input (PRA ECU only).
* Clarified TPS range buttons (renamed from 'Set' to 'Read')

Engine swaps into cars without a body multiplex (ie anything other than an EP3 or RSX) can use the VTP as an AC switch input to drive the AC clutch (with normal idle up and on/off delays). You can use the AC to blow out the smoke and cool the car down from your faulty wiring jobs.
