* Fixed problem with non-VTC engines under boost.

Engine swaps into cars without a body multiplex (ie anything other than an EP3 or RSX) can use the VTP as an AC switch input to drive the AC clutch (with normal idle up and on/off delays). You can use the AC to blow out the smoke and cool the car down from your faulty wiring jobs.
