WTF

[92hatchback]

Hey i drive a 92 hatchback with a b18c1 and a stock p28 but i have a problem my coil keeps going out or some times my my car will turn on and it will just die and wont start again til i mess with the distributor can some one help

Try checking the rest of the ignition system first ie.. spark plugs , wires, cap and rotor. I had a high mileage 95 GSR come through with a bad coil. Mileage 200k and the plugs were wasted. The plugs was over .060 gap and the electrod was worn to just a nub. The plug wires were orignal. but the coil, and cap was replaced just a couple of months before. The rotor was never changed. This could have lead to the coil failure. We have since replaced all spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor with OEM Acura parts and have no problems since. Oh by the way its been 7 months since the repairs were made :).
