LSVtec swap throwing code randomly

Hey guys, Ive built and swapped an LSvtec motor into my 95 civic EJ1, usually ran on a P28 I kept it and ended up using the S200 program on it..

Im using a 97 LS block, and 97 GSR head. The wiring harness is for a 96 GSR. It thows (2 O2B - Oxygen sensor #2) How this is on a P28 I really dont know. Its pretty random, and doesnt stay on consistantly. I talked to my tuner about this and he said that he disabled all 02 sensor(s)

Nobody seems to really have an answer whether it be through h-t or just asking tuners in general..

Could this be a bug in the program, or would it be within the wiring harness itself?? Seems as if its a loose wire, but I cant trace where from... please help!!

Thanks in advance.

You have an OBD2 harness. Are you sure you dont' have an OBD2 P28? How are you reading these codes?

oh...damn. Then I dont know.

If this helps at all, it seems to happen more on heavy inclines meaning (when I go down a steep enough hill it will throw because of the angle the car is in) I thought it was happening do to a loose wire but wasnt positive..
