TYPE S ecu into a JDM dc5

Hi, I have a 2003 Dc5 TypeR. I know of a 2004 type s kpro'ed ecu selling, and I'm interested in it.

Will it work with my car and what is the situation as it relates to immobilizers?

I did a search, but I didn't find a conclusive answer. Thanks for the help.
