Voltage drops after OBD1-OBD2 conversion

I have a '99 Integra GSR with a P72 OBD1 ECU with S100. Ever since I did the OBD2 to OBD1 swap, I seem to be having a problem with my voltage dropping when I turn on too many accessories like higher wattage headlights, upgraded radiator fan, bottle heater, and bright lights.
I can't have any 2 on at the same time or my voltage drops from 14.7 to 12 volts. Until I turn one off then the voltage spikes back up to 14.7 volts.
The problem exists more at idle, but is present at higher RPM's. I have a new alternator, battery, and cables. I have a homemade grounding kit also. Any Ideas?

With the s300 under Parameters, Misc, disable the alternator control. With the s100 & s200 remove the ALTC wire from the harness (pin A16 on the OBDI ECU end).

Voltage went up about .4 after ground wires.

Also, I have my Alternator converted to a 1 wire operation.
The original plug does not even plug into it anymore. Only a 12 volt wire connects to it.

could be your conversion of the alternator
