partial throttle tuning

just a quick question... when you guys tune , do you alter the values of the fuel/ignition tables places other than WOT generallY? like if i needed to lean out my my high cam 5% at 5000 at WOT, should i lean it out 5% across the entire range from closed throttle to wot?

The quick answer is yes. If the engine is 5% rich at 5000 rpm, then select complete rows and decrease the fuel. Otherwise part throttle or full throttle at altitude will not be correct.
