s100 help

i just baught a 98 ek with a b16a2 he has a p28 with a s100 hondata chip in it and he said he tryed to tuen it himself thats why its running rich is there any way i can tuen it back to normal or something by myself and if i could what hardware and sowftware would i need? thanks in advance

You cannot tune it yourself. You will need to take it to a Hondata dealer.

well do u know the price range to tune it? or can i jsut unplug it and egt a cheap chip like a skunk or somthing my ecu is socketed

For pricing you will need to contact a Hondata dealer listed at
http://www.hondata.com/dealers.html
You will be much better off getting your car properly tuned than getting some generic chip.
