fryed kpro please help

well I fryed my ecu. just got another prb and had my brother swap all the kpro stuff over into the new ecu but now I have another problem the new ecu will not upload anything and cannot start the car, the little red led is just flashing all the time when the ignition is on. When you hook up the usb the red led will just flash faster, I checked and there is fuel but no spark and there is also 12v at coils. OK I know that I was just supposed to send the ecu to hondata but I thought that this would be faster=car to drive in a hour compared to weeks. please help me anybody

Since there will be more work involved it will be $150 plus shipping for Hondata to attepmt to get this working. If we cannot get the ecu working it will be a minimum $75 for diagnostics. Please fill out the K-Pro form with a detailed note explaining the situation and provide a prepaid return shipping label. Get 2 cashier's checks or money orders for $75 each, and if we cannot repari the ecu we will return the unused payment.
