Water Temp Comp w/ No IAC?

Setup:
13:1 H22
No IAC
100 Octane
50-60 deg F outside temp (I hate this shit!)
I just downloaded the new 1.1.9 version of SManager. Before when I would start the car it would idle really rich (between 11 and 12.5) and then slowly warm up and idle at 14.5 when it was at around 180 deg ECT. I noticed the old and new SManager software has it adding fuel when the engine is colder. Mine seems to need the opposite. Is this due to me not having an IAC? I have it in open loop all the time since I'm still working on the daily drive tune. I will always let the car warm up to at least 150 before driving. For adjustment points I have -40, 40, 70, 100, 130, 150, 165, 180, 199 degrees. I just want it to start up, idle, and warm up with the a/f around 14.5. Suggestions?
Also, on the open and closed loop high engine load part, I wouldn't see myself ever being at high load unless its 160+ deg ECT.
