custom lambda values: expanding beyond 12 points?

Post by vactor »

i notice in the lambda settings that if one has a custom wideband setup, one can enter the voltage:lambda conversions and make a custom table. however, there are 12 rows available for this. if one uses a meter that has 31 rows defined for voltage:lambda, which are the most important to import into the table? i take it for voltage readings between any 2 points not defined, that the hondata will extrapolate a lambda based on the 2 closest settings? for instance, http://members.aol.com/proautodevices/ has a nice conversion table with 31 rows of voltage readings. which ones would one import for a custom lambda table on the hondata? thanks!!

Interpolation

If you enter every second value then HondaLogger/RomEditor will interpolate the missing values. If you look at the lambda/voltage graph then you'll probably find that it is linear above and below the stoichiometric point.
