Secondary tables and four extra injectors

Been doing some figuring and looking at running eight injectors from the S300. I can use a relay to trigger power supply to four extra injectors and run them in series. Using stock injector drivers to break ground for all eight injectors.
Now there are two options for the relay injector operation, one ways runs them at the same time and the other way runs one set and then switches to another set.
With the first method I have to cut the injector pulsewidth in half for both sets and am concerned that bigger secondary injectors will not operate at such low pulse width numbers.
The second setup has me switching between injectors and I am concerned about the gap between the maps.
What are the groups thoughts? There has to be a better way to do this within the existing parameters of our ECU.
