Strange tunning issue related to IAT's

Ok, I am at a lose here. Car is tuned (seemingly) great except for one area and I cant seem to figure out what the issue is.

Heres the situation, when IAT's are up above about 125*F, and the cars engine is inbetween 2500rpm and 3500rpm and when the map is between roughly -10in/hg and -7in/hg there is an extremely rich dip in fuel and the car falls flat for a second, but when the temp are below about 125*f the AFR is perfect and outside of that manifold pressure range and RPM range, everything is perfect regardless of air temps.

I've tried making adjustments that seem to correct the problem, but then a day or two later, it comes back out of no where. Thats the thing that really has me boggled.

Anyone have any ideas? Its probably something easy and stupid and I am just not thinking straight.
