Are there male pins smaller than what was supplied with the S300 to plug into the S200 socket and the S300 board?

This would be a very easy conversion, and the ECU is just going to be a backup / spare, not my primary one...

Is this idea feasible?

No there are not. The ecu would have to be resocketed for an s300.
