AEM gauge and voltage offset

I am running an AEM gauge type wideband and feed it into the Hondata through the ELD pin. Unless I run a voltage offset of -1.5 I can't get the AEM gauge to read the same as the Hondata.
Usually Hondata reads two points leaner than the gauge.
This can't be right.

What voltage/lambda conversion table are you using?

P00 Setting on the Gauge, 0-5V.
Straight from the AEM manual
.5v-10.0
.75v-11
1.0-11.5
1.5-12
2.00-13
2.38-14
2.75-14.7
3.00-15.5
3.5-16
4.0-17
4.25-18
I am using a -1.0 offset right now and it is reading what the gauge is reading, but surely there is a better way to do it.

I would like to know more about this as well since I am about to install the wideband which has been sitting on my desk for weeks

You may have the Wideband set incorrectly since there are I believe 4 output settings.

I am using the 0-5V settings. I have used the o-1V settings before but they don't offer the accuracy.

THere is more than one 0-5v setting if I remember correctly.

The two zero to five volts that you refer to are virtually the same. One displays AFR and the other displays Lambda values. The AFR position two is a 1-2 volt setting. The third position is a 0-1V calibration as is position four.
I am using the right setting for what I am trying to do. 0-5V gives the best accuracy range.

Hy, Smracing did you ever figure your problem out? I have a similar problem with my AEM wide band O2. Need a big offset of about -1.0 to get the readings to match.

Sorta not really. The last time checked it was off in the Smanager, but I haven't been tuning with it lately. I will have to look the next time I make a change.
