Perhaps the oem wideband is damaged. Generally, when an oem wideband goes bad, it will start to read very lean when under load and when you let off the gas the a/f and fuel trims will slowly return to 'more normal' levels. Perhaps use of another wideband for verification is in order? Other than that, I don't have any ideas outside of double checking wiring and the fuel system. Is there any more information available?

having a similar issue on an rsx cust has at our shop...leaning out 6.5k rpm on w/ 650cc inj. where did you mount gauge to verify on returnless system? what was the cause of fuel pressure loss in your situation?

Basically the problem for me was in the tank. I Had to change out my fuel pump because a stock civic pump doesnt like to push past 7000 rpms. So i ended up building a return system, and by passing the intank Fuel Pressure regulator. If you want to see what i did exzactly please refer to my Cardomain.. But yeah that was my exzact problem even with 650's
