s200 not connecting?

s200 not connecting?

My s200 stop connecting and no longer has the red LED come on with the power. I think the firmware might be hosed. Can I send the unit back to be fixed?

It is most likely the cable - check the connectors and for any damage to the cable. After that, call us.
